As regular business travellers to Paris, we thoroughly enjoyed returning to the apartment for our third stay. The apartment is very modern and provided with all the facilities one could ask for. Relaxing ‘at home’ with a quick pasta, some olives and a bottle of wine from the local shops is such a contrast to the hotel accommodation that we endured on many previous business trips to Paris over the years. No need to go out again after a long working day. Lots of space to spread out our business papers and plenty of light to work with in the evenings. The free international telephone calls and WiFi were a real bonus. “Our main reason for choosing to stay in your apartment was that we had discovered rue Mouffetard on our last visit to Paris, so we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to stay nearby this time.  We were not disappointed. We love this street.  Some of our favourite places were the artisan boulangerie, “Le Fournil de Mouffetard”; the coffee shop “Brûlerie des Ternes” (standing only, one of only two good coffee shops we have found in Paris); and the restaurant “Chez Lena et Mimile” that you recommended around the corner in rue Tournefort.

“We particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, to create delicious meals with produce bought from the local markets.  We also really loved the comfortable bed and the beautiful linen, and the washer/dryer was a godsend.  The living room was so spacious and beautifully decorated.  Being able to use the phone was wonderful, especially to phone home since not everyone back here has Skype!  Inside the apartment we were always warm and comfortable, of course.  The terrace was great.

“From the moment we entered the apartment, we were enchanted. As the photos on this site show, this is a very well appointed, comfortable three room apartment. What they don’t reveal is that it is spacious, spotlessly clean, well ventilated, and well heated. Although there’s a lift in the building, we found it easy to use the stairs as the apartment is on the first floor, with only a dozen stairs to it. The large terrace is a bonus, but we were too busy sightseeing to enjoy it.

“Offering an abundance of gourmet fresh food stores plus scores of restaurants, bars, boutiques and produce markets, the Mouffetard neighbourhood entices one to remain right there. However, with a metro station only five minutes’ walk from the apartment door, and other attractions including the Pantheon, the Marais, St Germain, Jardin des Plantes and Notre Dame within easy walking distance, the apartment is very well located.
